Ken Cathey is his real name, but Kelly called him Kentuck,
I don't know why, but the name simply stuck.
He came from the Eastern part of the State,
a business man he'd surely make.

They bought the Club Bar and Cafe,
The work was hard but it was beginning to pay.
A fire broke out and took it from wall to wall,
But he still had his family, that was most important of all.

He played the guitar and could really sing,
So we formed a band, that was quite the thing.

The Vigilanties, we became,
We played our hearts out and earned a little fame.
This was many years ago, and He returns to the Valley quite often,
With his picture on the Wall of Chicks', "Ole Ketnuck" will not be forgotten.
